How to book your appointment online

• Click on  Book Appointment  under the site name to open our Appointment Scheduler in a new tab.

In the Appointment Scheduler:

• Take note of the site calendar showing the day of the week and hours the site is open.

• On the Tax-Aide Appointment Reservation screen, click >Make Appointment. 

• in the Select Date box, click to open a calendar and select a date, then click Set. Select an available appointment time from the list, then click Make Appointment.
  Tip:  The date must be on the day of the week the site is open.  Only available times for that date will be shown. If no appointments are available for the selected date, the next available date may appear--click on the available date and select an appointment time. If there are no appointments available on any date, the site is booked full--please check back later in case of a cancellation.

• In the appointment screen, enter your name, phone, zip code, and email address, if you have one.  Enter any notes to help us understand your tax situation.

• Click Review Appointment to see the details of your appointment before continuing to the next step.
  Tip:  Enter your cell phone number to receive important text messages about your appointment.  If you enter your email address, you will receive an email confirming your appointment and a reminder before the day of your appointment.

• Click Confirm Information to reserve your appointment.  Tip:  If you omit this step, you will not be added to our appointment schedule.

• In the next screen, click Print Receipt for a printed copy of your appointment.

• You're done!   Close the Scheduler tab to return to this page, then click here for more information about your appointment.

How to cancel or reschedule your appointment

• Click on  Book Appointment  next to the site name where you booked your appointment.

• Click > Edit or Cancel Appointment, then enter the Reference Number of your original appointment or your Phone Number and Last Name.  

• Click the Select Action box and select either Edit to reschedule or Cancel your appointment.

• Click Search to retrieve your original appointment information, then:

• Complete the action by following the prompts to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
